At Raghujiwan, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns or refunds once a product is sold or a service is booked.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchange/replacement in the following cases:
Damaged or Tampered Product:
If you receive a damaged or tampered product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery along with images and a video as proof.
Quality Issues:
If you experience any quality concerns, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving the order.
Raghujiwan is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
Exchange Conditions
The product must be unused, in saleable condition, and in its original packaging.
Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
Products damaged due to negligence, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be eligible for exchange.
Consultation Booking Refund Policy
For Consultation services, the booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a consultation is booked, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
Processing Time
We will deliver the replaced/exchanged product within 10-14 days after approval.
No refunds will be processed once the goods are sold or services are booked.
